Hong Kong Science Museum: Hour of Code
Background: This activity, led by student instructors from “One Hour Code Hong Kong,” uses a simple and easy-to-understand approach to allow participants to master basic programming knowledge and complete assigned tasks within a short hour, aiming to let the public experience the joy of programming.

– Assisting in maintaining order
– Assisting with admission arrangements

Number of Volunteers Required: 1
Service Requirements:
– Priority will be given to those who have volunteered at the Science Museum.
– Fluent in Cantonese; basic English communication skills are a plus.
– Polite, with good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
– Form 5 or above.
– Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
Application Method: Please complete the online application form by 12:00 noon on May 30, 2025 (Friday). Applications submitted after this time will be considered invalid.
Application Notes: Due to limited spaces, if the number of applicants exceeds the required number, the secretariat will conduct a computer-generated random draw. Successful applicants will be notified via email on or before July 9, 2025 (Wednesday). Unsuccessful applicants will also be notified separately. Any changes to the event will be subject to the secretariat’s final announcement.
